PIP subcontractor address + duplicates to them was created by juba
This is a general query about finding addresses.
I've been reading the topics. I intended to ask how to find the address to send the copy of PIP for my daughter.
But you say duplicates to the subcontractor and DWP are unnecessary now for ESA.
Does this hold for PIP?
PIP form has a DWP Wolverhampton handling site address.
If a duplicate is appropriate - where would I find the appropriate address of {Capita I think here in midlands}. Search online has not pointed me to a definite ...

PIP forms are returned to the DWP who will scan (copy) the form and everything attached before sending it on to the Assessment Provider for your postcode, so there is no need to send a duplicate copy, although you should retain a copy for your own records.

Thank you Gordon - and I always keep a copy of everything 
The DWP can't say the subcontractor has lost anything if they get it first! Fingers crossed.
Hoping to post it on Saturday ...
