Hi all. Just received a letter from motobility telling me I have to hand my car over 6th Feb.. I have my appeal hearing on the 13 Feb. What are my chances of getting them to extend it till then?.
I'm afraid I think it is unlikely to happen but you have nothing to lose by contacting them, the problem is that even if you win it can easily take the DWP five or more weeks to put an award into payment.
