Having had my pip taken away after assesment, losing my car, losing mr, now waiting for tribunal date. I have now recieved esa re- assessment, so now have to go through another medical, dreading this as pip assessor lied on her report, since 2014 i have had 3 strokes, numerous tia's, and other illnesses, just feel like fighting a losing battle. Is there anything to help fill in esa form.
