The Moving around question

I have chronic asthma, among other problems, but it is my main problem which i have had for over 50 years and has deteriorated over the last 5-10 years Though i have letters from my consultant i am unsure which box to tick as my movement varies so much on a daily/hourly basis and also whether indoors or outdoors. I dont know if i can be definitive in the distances... does it affect points if you tick the It varies box? It worries me that if i have a face to face interview, even at home,

Ticking the 'it varies' box should not affect the points. However, you must explain in detail how it varies hourly/daily and if you can do so Reliably, Safely and Repeatedly and if not, why not.

There is much more detail you should include when ticking the 'it varies box' and the ESA claim guide has a section explaining it in detail.
