Hi, I'm currently in the process of completing this section as an appointee for my brother who has vascular dementia and wasn't awarded anything under the new PIP. His reconsideration was also dismissed due to us awaiting a GPs letter which is well overdue, hence now going to appeal. I'm really struggling with this as I just don't know where to start?
You don;to have to go into detail on the SSCS1 form, you can do this once the appeal is accepted, there is a sample completed request in the Submissions document in the PIP area.
