Hello - is it ok to send. Change of Address by post I’ve managed to get through to PIP but they said I must call ESA Support group too ? I’ didn’t get through the last two days and I’m now hanging on 25 mins plus but going to cut the call now the music is so annoying . Thank you
It is always best to advise the DWP in writing of important information like change of address. Make sure that you obtain proof of posting, just in case there is any issue in the future.
