Awarded PIP, one payment made, nothing since.

Hi, hoping you can offer advice please.

I applied for PIP in August 2017 (first time application). Had my assessment at home on 23rd October and then was informed that I had been awarded lower rate mobility @ £22.00 per week.

I received backdated payments on 21st November 2017, then a payment of £88.00 on 13th December 2017, followed by a Christmas Bonus payment of £10.00 on 14th December 2017.

On 22nd November 2017 (the day after I received my back payment) I sent my MR by registered post. I have telephoned a few times to enquire about the progression, but apart from being told they had logged it, they tell me a decision has not been made as yet. It will be 8 weeks on Thursday since they received the MR request.

I presumed that my next PIP payment would be around 10th January, if the payments are every 4 weeks (is this correct?), but I have checked my account today and nothing has gone in. Would there be any particular reason for this?

Also, any idea how long MR decisions are taking at the moment? When I ring I am told they don't have any set time, and just to contact them again at a later date.
