Hi.I have just received my 1st PIP letter and i was just wondering why they want to know if i had been abroad for more than 4 weeks in the last 3 years.I do not consider this as any of their business.Is there a justifiable reason why they would want this information..TIA

Because the eligibility criteria for PIP includes a residency test, so if you have spent any substantial amount of time out of the country then it may effect your claim. See the PIP Claim guide for more details.
