Good evening gordon; so my home assessment coming up has been cancelled for a few weeks. I have a question for you. If you dont have problrms getting to the toilet but actually whilst on because of documented severe endometriosis. Should i have covered it in more depth?. Is this actually considered within managing toilet needs?. Kind regards

Gordon as i now have time before the visit. After highlighting and sending my extra evidence to the dwp. Do they forward it on to the assessment provider or posslibly reassess they can do a paper assessment?. Thankyou

This activity is only about problems with the bladder and the bowel so I don't think you have missed an opportunity to score points, especially as you say you have no problems with the toilet.

Your form and anything attached will scanned and then forwarded to the Assessment Provider covering your postcode, they will decide whether a face to face assessment is required or not.
