Case studies to research for Tribunal was created by MrsM
Hello I'm going to be my daughters representative at her DLA to PIP tribunal just received the date today. I'm going through all the paperwork again and again and I'm just wondering if there is website or anywhere on here I can research past cases that may show similarities to my daughters case? I'm determined to be very prepared for this tribunal.
Many thanks
Also I just want to thank you for the guidance on completing PIP forms. It is worth its weight in gold. Thank you.

Have a look at the following

Please read any judgements that you think are relevant very carefully, they are rarely as simple as they first appear to be.
