I am currently undergoing a PIP M/R and I expect to progress to Appeal, My question is am I allowed to have a solicitor represent me at my appeal ?

You can but there may be no value in your doing so, benefit law is a specialist area and most solicitor's have no experience in it, you would be better advised to find a trained Welfare Rights worker. Do an internet search for "welfare rights" with your postcode, town or county.

We are not really able to comment on the services advertised, the only thing I would say is that you will pay for them whereas as a Welfare Worker will be free.
