I'm afraid your DLA award will be of little help with your ESA reassessment, the criteria for the two benefits are fundamentally different and we have members who have the highest award for DLA that are able to work full time.
You will need the support of your GP to either get a home assessment or a Paper Based Review. The y will need to write to Maximus in unambiguous terms why you cannot attend at their office or that attending a face to face would cause you harm.
