If they were under 65 on 8 April 2013 (UK Mainland) or 20 June 2016 (Northern Ireland) then they will be invited to claim PIP, I'm afraid there is no way for them to avoid this.

Has there been a change to the timetable for people on dla changing over to pip?

It's been pushed back to next year but even that seems very optimistic.

Hi Gordon, does that mean that no one currently on dla Indefinite award will have to claim pip until 2019? Or does it mean that it will taken until 2019 for everyone to be pushed over to pip? Is there a new official timetable now? many thanks

Hi, Is that because of the number of people on dla Indefinite awards? Any chance they might just automatically put people over who have clear cut cases? thanks
