Good Afternoon. My son has just received 0 points after his assessment. We plan to submit a Mandatory reconsideration. My question is - I am not his appointee (DWP refused to come out and assess him as they said he was mentally stable!) So does the MR have to be sent in and written as if he has written it - or can i send it in acting as his representative and therefore write it as the third person. Thank you

My full name is showing, how can I stop it? You can do either, however, if you use the third person then explain why you have done this, in either case your son must sign the request.
