PIP Assessment - Nurse Lied was created by Neil
On how I got to the PIP Centre, I told the nurse I used the bridge from the car park to the Centre but the Nurse wrote down I went via the road which is longer.
Only know this because I requested a copy of the assessment.
When can I question/query this?

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
I think you will have to wait until you have a Decision before deciding whether to pursue the matter or not.

The nurse at my F2F reported numerous lies. I think without recording equipment, and in my own experience, there is nothing you can do. Complain as I did, get the same lies. Then the lies get carried through all of the way to Tribunal. Even if you win, where is the justice against a company intent on reducing legitimate claimants entitlement? Without a penalty, they will continue to send people to tribunal as a 'free shot'. Take a look at the stats on the number of cases going to Tribunal, and the rate of overturning their decisions. The Tribunal Service must be overwhelmed with appeals. Extra cost to the government, extra unnecessary mental torment to the claimant and they just carry on again with no penalty at all. Until we have a change of government, more lives will be lost at the hands of ATOS

This what I am discovering.
This is the first time I have applied for PIP.
The assessment started out all friendly and nice then turned into what I can only describe as an interrogation.
My ESA assessment is next month, these I have been through before but at least I will now know how they carry them out now.
Now I know it will be more of an interrogation rather than a friendly face to face.

Neil , you could describe it as an interrogation, I personally would describe it as any way to turn it around so you cannot get an award. Whatever you say, will get twisted to suit the assessor and the agenda to deny as many people benefit as possible, and anything you say that supports your case will not get reported. Any future F2F I have will be recorded. I recommend this to anyone. It seems that it would be the only way to stop ATOS from what they are doing. Just reading so many other people on here saying that reports made about them in no way reflect what was said during the interview prove this. The trouble is, even at Tribunal it is hard to get away from the report made about you. Until there is radical change, things will just continue

Received the outcome from DWP and they have denied me PIP, not that I am really surprised.
So it's on the road once again of going down the 'Mandatory Reconsideration Route'.
