I had my assessment in March 2017 and they awarded me Descriptor E and then in April 2017 they wrote down they couldn't award Descriptor F as the regulations had changed.
Bit of confusion over my case! I understand that the simplicity is if you got Descriptor E you can't really be awarded Descriptor F.
In my case I appealed for Descriptor F and the assessor put you struggle to follow a journey so we have awarded your Descriptor E. Which is a bit contradictory. It then goes on to say you could only be awarded Descriptor F other than psychological distress.
PIP team seemed to think this was really contradictory and think my case will be changed to higher mobility but we will wait to see.
My case is definitely one of the more interesting ones?
