Received a renewal form for PIP last October. Had the decision. My points have been reduced from 15 points to 11 points so am now on standard daily living rather than enhanced. On comparing this decision to the one I received 3 years ago I noticed that on the section regarding Taking nutrition, its now, Eating and drinking. I took that to mean Can I eat and drink without help which I answered Yes. So the decision was Able to eat unaided 0points.Last time I was awarded 4 points in that category. Hence the reduction to standard. I am now in the process of appealing the decision. But watch out Claimants. The change might catch you out as well.
