hi gordon , i was inquiring if the dwp have a set time frame for resolving mandatory reconsideration requests or if you can advise me if you have any idea on the time frame from request to phone call / decision many thanks bb.
I'm afraid there is no required timescale for an MR to be completed in, from what we see on the forum, the vast majority are completed in 5-8 weeks, at the extremes you are looking at a couple of weeks up to 3 or 4 months.
