If my ESA is being reassessed do I need a fit note was created by Sarah
I have been in the ESA Support Group since 2012. I'm being re assessed for the first time now. I've filled in form ESA50, do I need a fit note to go with it?
I had a look at the benefits and work ESA guidance and I seem to be fitting the ESA Support Group criteria again, but I couldn't say for sure this time. Thankyou

No you don't need to supply a Fit Note.
