Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Mr Roy
It will be the Judge who authorises the change, they are responsible for all legal matters in the appeal, the actual amendment will be done by the Clerk of the Court.

Thanks Gordon.......
But can the Judge alter / amend the outcome of the original decision of our appeal. Or is that decision still going to stand, no matter what else happens when he authorises the change on the date......

Well Folks......
Just got a Letter today telling me that the Tribunal Judge has now amended the date of our appeal on the 30 January, and it is now the correct date that the DWP had asked for, and they have been informed. So hopefully we will now get some sort of back payment soon. Anybody know how long it takes for it to be processed by the DWP nowdays....
Thanks.....
