I have compared the HCP medical report to the recording of the medical assessment and there are some important discrepancies. This was pointed out at mandatory reconsideration but ignored by the DM. I understand all parties are aware of the importance of the medical report, including the HCP, which has prompted me to report the HCP to the HCPC. In preparing my appeal I am telling the tribunal service of the problems with the report, and my reporting them to the HCPC. I was wondering if there was any benefit in asking the tribunal service to discount the HCP medical report because it is flawed and they would have no way of knowing which comments are accurate?
Feel free to dish the dirt on the report but understand it is unlikely to lead to an award, this will only happened by you showing that you meet the criteria for one so this must be the focus of your submission.
