Yes I did look in the bench book but I am struggling to find the guidance on the role of the DWP officer, which is why I posted.
Until somebody can explain where the specific guidance is (if any) I’m not really any further on. I don’t mean to be rude in referring to a ‘view’; just that I need specific legislation or written guidance/ procedure.
