Hi guys, as above in title is this what they mean below regarding that rule surrounding 'Light touch review' the Government state people most severely disabled will have the above?
As I have PIP ongoing and trying to understand if at that point it all starts again with more grief I know it's a long way off yet.
Light touch review can apply when the risk of substantive harm - to participants or to anyone else who could be affected by the research - is judged to be minimal. As with expedited review, the intent is that the review process should be quicker than if full review is necessary - the distinction is that with light touch review, a lower level of scrutiny may be necessary.
I know I'm worring again already as my nerves are shot thinking not another review. Like I'm still awaiting the dreaded ESA form again too.
Thanks again full your fountain of knowledge.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I'm sorry but I can't answer your question, PIP has only been in operation since 2013 so nobody with an On-Going award has reached the time when the DWP might review their claim, and until someone does we have no idea what this might entail.
Please don't spend your time worrying about something which is literally years away, even if I had an answer now it could easily be changed by the time your claim comes up for review,

Thanks Gordon I do fully understand and get where your coming from regarding the above, I just wondered if that's what light touch review mean and I also know it's a long way off but in our situations it comes around so quick regarding assesments and reviews? Hence why I'm always worrying.
I also managed to have a lovely chat today with Labours Debbie Abraham's office today and expressed my full concerns regrdimg the torture of disabled claimants and my situation they where really helpfull I am hoping once Debbie reads and get the full facts and concerns i we will be having a chat regarding them and what it's doing to us all I'm hopefully going to be listened too.
