Once again Gordon thank you so much for your help and advice. I called Captia today and was told that in these cases it automatically goes back to the team to be looked at and that I should know by this friday if they will send it back to the D.W.P . I would like to know will any payments I have due, before the Captia team make their decision on whether they will give me another appointment or send my file back to the D.W.P will they be stopped before the decision has been made now that the team are looking at it?
Only the DWP can make a Decision about your current award, you will be paid as usual until and if you file is returned and the DWP have followed their procedure for dealing with these situations,
