Tale of woe ESA50 & RM Special Delivery was created by lobsterpot
Hi everybody
Had a ESA WCA drop on my mat early part of January which I completed and sent back via RM Special Delivery. It was sent on the 20th of January with a deadline of 2nd of February. Now RM have lost the letter and the deadline is looming, what can I do?.

If the Royal Mail have told you that they have lost the envelope then you need to send a replacement copy of the ESA50 to the DWP as quickly as possible, include a covering letter explaining what has happened and any correspondence that you have had from RM.

If you are still within the dealine for returning the ESA50 then you should send the replacement to the same address as the first one.
