PIP toilet needs

Hello. I use an adapted toilet with rails, but I'm unable to sit upright on the toilet and this can be. Painful. This makes it more difficult to clean myself when using the toilet. I also take more than twice as long due to incontinence. I use pads and not a catheter at this stage. The pads are often not sufficient even though I also use bladder patches. . Again, although I toilet myself, could I gain at least 4 points for needing assistance? Thanks

Meant to add that I have very poor sitting balance so lean forwards when on the toilet. It is difficult and slow when transferring from toilet to wheelchair and extremely poor balance. I would say that the risk of falling is high and I'm unable to get up myself without assistance. Changing my pads is slow and difficult as is the need to change clothes. It would be safer if I had assistance. Would this argument qualify for assistance in this activity? Thanks
