If you need to use a calculator and or write things down to work out the change in a shop and it would take you more than twice as long as someone without a condition, would you be eligible for points?

I don't believe that using a calculator or writing the maths down means that you would score points, as to the time it takes, I think you would need to look at someone without problems performing the same tasks with a calculator and/or paper.
All you can do is make your case, but this task is more about you having problems doing the maths in the first place than how you do them.
