Wondering if any members can help me. My son has been on DLA for years (he has Aspergers) and to date we have had no correspondence from DWP re changing over to PIP. My son is getting very anxious as we had trouble with his EESA last year, when we had to ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration (whlch went in his favour). Is it best for us to sit on things or broach the DWP and ask what is happening? I also think that with the recent court judgement my son would end up on the highest mobility component (at the minute he doesn’t qualify, but he NEVER goes out alone). Hoping someone can help me with this question ...thanks in advance!

Claimants are being chosen at random to be moved to PIP and the project is way behind schedule, a Minister recently admitted that just over half of existing claimants had been migrated in the just under five years that PIP has been in place, so he could be invited tomorrow or it could be several years before he hears.
