Hi My wife has just lost her PIP tribunal case She has just been put on WRAG from the support group about 4 weeks ago I am in both standard DLA and also get just £8 a week ESA (support) because of my pension Can she claim any carers/attendance allowance for me? Thanks
If she is able to provide 35 hours or more of care a week then in principle she can apply for Carers Allowance, however I would recommend that you put your information in to one of the online benefit calculators to see if you would actually be better of by her making such a claim, as their are circumstances where she would not.
