Hi. is it considered best practice to send your accompanying evidence (e.g. doctor's letter, counsellor's letter) with the PIP application form or is it better to wait until your medical assessment and ask the assessor to read it then?

Send it with the form, doing so may mean that a Paper Based Review can be done.
