I have to have a medical assessment for Pip in the next few weeks... I'm trying to get the location of the centre they put my appointment at changed, because it is quite far away and I can't get a lift there.
Frankly, I'm terrified and I feel ill just thinking about it. Not sure what else to say... other than that. I filled out the form before Christmas, and stupidly did it myself this time... last time someone from MIND helped me, but I got so distressed I left it too late and there wasn't enough time. They were very busy before the holidays and so I don't think I did it very well.
I've been looking at the Guides, but I can't find anything about what to expect - every time I think about it I start to shake.
