I am not sure what you mean by I have been through all the stages of the appeal process without them overturning the decision ? The appeal was awarded in my favour. They increased the percentage of disability.

Forgive me but I am confused as to what was decided by the appeal, was it solely the rate that you should receive or did it also include the date from which payment should start and if the latter was this the date that is in dispute?
