Hi i had f2f on 2nd feb, received report yesterday the report gives me 10 points for care and 12 points for mobility. Just hope the decision maker agrees !!! Also if dm agrees does it start from the date of assessment or when they sent me the forms in October?? This has been so stressful just wish brown letter comes soon x

The DM usually follows the recommendation of the assessor.
I assume this is for PIP, when an award applied from will depend whether you currently have a DLA award. If you do then the PIP Claim will start four weeks after the Decision is made, if yo don't then it should apply from the date that you contacted the DWP to start your claim, proving there are no reasons for it the be delayed.
