hi, can you help, please? i receive pip care the mobility i am waiting for a tribunal. i was also receiving esa but had that stopped on nov 17 was waiting for mandatory reconsideration to come back which again went against me again, even though i was having a major operation in Dec. In January when i got the reply from esa i claimed UC as i had no option. they say that housing benefit is normally divided between me and my sons even though their wages were taken into consideration with Southend council i was paid the full rent payment is this right ???? thank you.
