Hi my first post here...My brother in law is awaiting a tribunal date for his pip refusal, today he received a letter from DWP saying " We now have all the information we need to decide if we can award you pip" or words to that effect. He rang DWP who appear to be none the wiser. Has anyone else had the same letter during the tribunal process and what could it possible mean ? The claim is being looked at again maybe ?
