Requesting assessors report was created by Katykat
Is there a time limit when you can request this? My OH was assessed for his PIP renewal last Sept and given no award. At the time he didn’t want to appeal and didn’t request his report. But now, with all the news reports about dubious reports, he is curious about what the assessor said about him.

Contact the DWP office dealing with his claim, if it is still in-house then they should be able to send it in no more than a couple of days, if it is off-site then it will take longer.
