esa question on renewal delays

hi gordon, my esa is due for renewal this month feb 20th and i have been expecting a new esa5o form to complete since November as they are normally sent out 3/4 months prior to the end of the existing claim i believe, but as yet have not received one is their any reason you know of as to why i have not heard yet eg delays are known to be the hold up or am i being hopeful in thinking i have been granted an extension without a ftf (very doubtful i know) are other members also being left waiting ? are esa renewal forms shorter than the original forms as they are in pip ? many thanks bb

I hope you don't mind my butting in. I think I was due to be reassessed, or should I say, receive an ESA50 probably very early 2017 but have heard nothing at all. I thought many people have not been receiving their ESA50 form when expected due to delays with Maximus? Thanks.

thanks for the info shell, that seems like they are still dealing with the delays, i dont realy want to phone them in case it prompts them to send the esa form out to me, are the delays nationwide as i am in central uk. bb

Hi bb i to was over the time to receivr the esa50. I phoned them and it has been put back two years. From reading questions in the forum, i made the call as it won't generate the forms being sent. Hope this helps
