Contributions based esa

My partner gets contributions based esa and in support group. This only lasts for 12 months and is due to end in a few weeks. I work full time and earn approx £20,000 a year. Will he be entitled to income based esa? Neither of us have any capital or savings. We also had pip tribunal today and won!!!! He was awarded enhanced daily care and standard mobility. Will this affect anything? It's all so confusing and stressful and emotional for us both. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Jo.

I'm afraid as you are working 24 or more hours a week he will not be eligible for Income Related ESA.
Do you think he would qualify for the Support Group, the criteria is in our ESA Claim guides?

If he is placed in the SG then his ESA(CB) will continue.

He is in the support group now. So will that mean it will continue automatically or will he need to reapply? Also if it does continue will it be for another 12 months? At some point will contributions based esa stop anyway due to him now not working.
Thanks in advance

Sorry, too many posts today, I missed he was in the SG.
So as long as he remains in the SG then will be paid his ESA(CB), there's no count, of any form, associated with the SG. If he is moved out of the SG then providing he was placed straight into the group then he will still have 365 days of payments in the WRAG.

Thanks for your reply. I have just checked his award letter. I was so pleased he was awarded it that I didn't notice right at bottom it will continue as long as he is in support group. Until now all I had seen was the 365 day limit. I was worried it was going to stop.
