As this ever happened to anyone pls calling dwp was created by Min
Good afternoon I havnt been on for a while I’ve had a really bad few weeks my chronic pain and anxiety has been through the roof. I think I’ve done a stupid thing today I was having the worse morning ever and still awaitibg results of a mandatory consideration as the case manager made a decision far to early before awaiting medical evidence from my GP about not being able to go out alone I recieved 10 points for moving around and 11 for daily living I’ve had such a horrible experience from having my home assessment which a lot I mentioned was not documented about my daily activities and not being able to travel alone. I rang dwp and then rang bk again as I didn’t understand what the lady said to me basically she said a letter was on its way but she couldn’t see it as takes 24 hrs to update on the system my anxiety has been so bad I rang back again and they put me through to a person in the reconsideration team (is this a case manager? To be told oh no your result has stayed the same therefore you don’t get a letter? I suffered a panic attack whilst on the phone and couldn’t understand this believe it or not I rang bk again later afternoon and spoke to advisor she said il put you through to another team apparently this was a manager who makes the decisions but not my case manager but apparently had the same name? She said to me your case is getting looked at today in light of new evidence from your gp ? She then said you have made a few phone calls today to member in my team is this right I said yes I’m sorry it’s because of my anxiety I’ve had a really bad day as each time I’ve rang I’ve been given different conflicting information to the point I was told that I only had till mid Feb to appeal? she said no this is not the case as you had till mid Feb to send in all your additional medical evidence then you have an additional month from then on if not happy with outcome she also asked me if I had appealed sorry for the exhausted notes but will this go against me this is what happens when I really stressed and having anxiety and panic attacks thanks in advance I try and read this site when I can I get reassurance from it and keeps my anxiety at a low hope you understand

Please do not worry about all of this, it's not going to have an effect on your claim. You had a bad day, put it behind you.
