Hi everyone,
My stepsons ESA award is up for renewal in March. He is in the support group but has not received any ESA renewal forms. In the past, these have been sent out a couple of months before his renewal date. He is seriously ill so should I contact them or have things changed regarding ESA?
Many thanks
Amber

You don't need to do anything, his award continue until a new Decision is made. Some members have reported their reassessments have been deferred, you can contact the DWP office dealing with his claim for an update.

To be clear, this is not what I said!
It is possible that his assessment has been deferred whether that is for months or years, you will only find out by contacting the DWP office dealing with his claim.
