Hi there As representative for my daughter we were successful at her pip appeal earlier this month. Received a letter with no mention on what to do in respects of backdating carers allowance.Surely this has to be backdated as it was "the DWPs fault in the first place" (as described by the tribunal clerk) to stop my daughter's pip and then that decision impacted on my carers allowance. Is there any advice or have you come across this before?
