ESA PIP DLA Benefits

For ESA assessments, the Assessment Provider can record the interview on request.

For PIP the claimant must request permission to record and provide the equipment to do it. They need to be able to make two simultaneous recording direct to CD or tape. Digital recording is not allowed.
