My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Unfortunately Motability are informed electronically whereas it can take up to 10 days before a claimant is informed in writing.
Once you have the Decision you can challenge i by requesting an MR.
I would contact the DWP office dealing with your claim for a copy of the assessment report as this will help you understand how the Decision has been made.
