Hello I have just received my PIP review form. Even though it was awarded until next year! Can you please tell me if you have a new PIP section for review forms information OR do I just used the "older" PIP information forms to fill this out?

The PIP Claim guide has a section on completing the PIP AR1 Review form, the criteria you are being assessed against is the same as when you completed the PIP2.
