There's no "magic" answer to their questions but as a general rule, for those activities that you have problems with try and answer in the opposite to what you normally would.
So as an example, if asked if you can prepare a meal? Your answer normally may be "yes but only with the use of aids", try reversing it to "no I can only do it with the use of aids". These may seem the same but for the first example, the assessor may have stopped listening once you said "yes".
