Had a review and although I still get Enhanced Mobility they have reduced Daily Living. Said I can eat unaided when I need special cutlery and another person to cut up my food. I told them this in form and told assessor, but ignored. Said I need assistance to cook when I said both in form and to assessor that another person does all my cooking because of the instability on my feet and lack of grip in hands Said I need aid or appliance to help dress when I said another person has to assist me. Basically awarded me 9 points when it should be well over the 12, as it was previously.
Is it worth my while to ask for reconsideration or appeal?
Only you can decide whether to challenge the Decision or not!
Do you understand how you qualified for the points the last time you were assessed? Has anything changed?
Which form di you receive, a PIP2 as you had when you made your claim for PIP or the shorter AR1 Review form? If the latter, how did you answer the questions for the activities you have not scored for?
