Completed my ESA50 but no Evidence was created by Tinker765
Well i have finally completed my ESA50 form, But i was not able ot get any medical evidence, i asked my GP, Psychologist but both refused to do me a letter. So i guess this is going to go against me straight away.
I did enclose all contact details of my GP, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Care Co-Cordinater.
Fingers crossed dreading the Assessment.

Too late now Gordon, I have sent it.. So this will go against me right? I have put on paper separate from the form asking for them to contact all the professionals i have given them as they are not willing to do me a letter.

You can send the information separately. Not doing so will not go against you but it won't help either.

I'm afraid that is very unlikely, although not impossible, that they will.
