Does anyone know what is meant by Restricted-Medical written at the bottom of an ESA85A form? Have just received the report which is only one sheet and it has these words at the bottom of each page.As well as in the declaration "I can confirm that there is no harmful information in the report other than indicated" signed medical nurse name etc......
many thanks

Some information can be deemed to be harmful to a claimant or patient and it requires a doctor to authorise release of it, it sounds as if you have been deemed to be one of the these claimants which is why the rest of the report is missing and the page you have received is labelled as not containing any harmful information.

I'm unsure of the process in this situation, there may be concerns that even as the appointee, there is a risk of the information being made available to the claimant, of course it could also be that nobody realised that you were the appointee.
All I can suggest is that you contact the DWP office dealing with the claim and see what they say, it may be necessary for you to escalate the issue to a manager which normally requires a call back.

But mine is different to yours where it states harmful information it's got (Not to be copied to the client) I haven't got a clue what that could mean. A little worried now.
I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.
