Hello I have just got the copy of my medical report and what a surprise half what as been written is not what was said and done ....said can drive when in fact I cannot said I can make my own meals when I can only use the microwave , she said I look normal but looked tired and to top it off she said my condition which is fibromyalgia will not get better and would like to review me in 18 months ....not even mentioned the fact I have moved out of my flat because I fell down the stairs and moved in with my partner who live in a bungalow, looks like I will be turned down for pip I now have to wait for the dreaded brown envelope to arrive

The report should indicate the points for each activity that the assessor is recommending.
Decision are averaging 2-4 weeks from the assessment.

Hi is the points where she as inducted with the tick on the page that is filled in n x

The section labelled "Health professional’s opinion" will indicate the Descriptor the assessor is recommending for each activity, compare this to the entries in the PIP Claim to get the points.
