ESA And UC Questions

Thanks for the reply and sorry for my repeated questions.
From reading the news article and from reading the Universal Credit:Written statement - HCWS745 - It implies that no one claiming ESA will now be moved onto universal credit until transitional protection begins.
So does this not mean that if I move to a new local authority area I should not be forced to move onto universal credit?

So if you moved today then I would expect you to have to claim UC and you would lose the Premiums although this may be sorted out later, this is because there is no updated guidance to DWP staff as of a couple of minutes ago.
If you move in a month then that guidance may have been issued but we do not know what it will say, so as I said in my previous post you could be left on legacy benefits or you could be moved to UC with Transitional Protection.

Because of my mental health issues it can sometimes take a while for information to register and sink in hence my repeated question.
Thanks once again.

Do we know if guidance has been issued yet with regards to this and if so what it says?
I still haven't moved yet but am starting to look a bit further afield now so it would be good to know what the guidance now is with regard to moving to a different authority area.

I'm afraid it is still under discussion, they are saying this Autumn but that's already arrived. Given the recent headlines about UC, I am guessing that we are still looking at a couple of months before any changes are made.
